Today, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune chaired a meeting to review the progress of the film project about Emir Abdelkader During the session, the President stressed that this film is more than an artistic endeavor; it is a significant national project designed to enhance Algeria’s image and open new opportunities for the country on the international stage.

The meeting brought together several officials and experts in the film industry, reflecting the strong commitment to ensuring the best possible execution of the project. Among the participants:

• Mr. Boualem Boualem, Chief of Staff at the Presidency of the Republic
• Mr. Kamal Sidi Said, Advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of communication
• Mr. Fayçal Mataoui, Mission Officer at the Presidency in charge of cinema projects.
• Ms. Malika Bendouda, Minister of Culture and Arts
• Mr. Abdelkader Djemâa, Advisor the Minister of Culture and Arts
• Mr. Salim Aggar, Director General of the public establishment “El Djazaïri” in charge of producing the Emir Abdelkader film
• Mr. Anouar Hadj Ismaïl, film producer and director.
