Article 1. Legal Notice
Publisher: EPIC Al Djazairi for the production, distribution and exploitation of the film on Emir Abdelkader
Host: CERIST – Q253+JH8, Rue Frères Aissou, Ben Aknoun 16028, ALGERIA.
Definitions:
– “User”: Any person that uses the Site or any of the Services offered on the Site, for his/her own needs within the framework of a strictly personal and non-commercial use.
– “Content”: All the elements published by the Publisher on the Site
– “Service”: Means access to the information and content of the website 24 hours a day
– “Site”: Refers to the Internet site, published under the responsibility of EPIC Al Djazairi, accessible under the URL https://www.aldjazairi.dz

The access to the Site of the Editor is subordinated to the respect of the following conditions.

Al Djazairi website aims to:
- Be the main source of news and information related to the production, distribution and exploitation of the film Emir Abdelkader Al Djazairi, and all related cinematic and/or audiovisual products.
- Provide an accurate picture of the stages and details of the film’s production.
- Submit a documentary material on the life and struggle of Emir Abdelkader Al Djazairi, which will be as accurate as possible and audited by specialized experts.
- Communicate with the local, Arab, and international media by providing official press releases, media materials and exclusive content that they need about the film and its derivatives.
- Promotion of the film and its derivative.

- Postal bulletins service.
Article 5. Conditions of Access to the Website
– The User of the Site is required to use it in accordance with its purpose.
– Access to the Site is strictly reserved for personal use and information purposes.
– Any use, reproduction, or representation of all or part of the site’s content, for any other purpose on any medium whatsoever, without the prior authorization of the Publisher is prohibited.
– The User shall not interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
– The Editor may refuse access to the Site, unilaterally and without prior notice, to any User who does not comply with these terms of use.
– The User can create a personal space, in this case, he/she is held to maintain the confidentiality of its identifiers of access to this space.

– The Editor may modify, at any time and without notice, the present conditions of use in order to adapt them to the evolution of the Site and/or its exploitation.
– The Editor has the right to suspend, interrupt or limit, without prior notice, the access to all or part of the Site.
– All the information contained in the Site are the exclusive property of the Editor, they are likely to be modified at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, and without entitlement to compensation.
– Any correspondence and/or information sent to the Editor through its website is considered non-confidential and may be used.
– All costs related to the access to the Website, whether hardware, software or internet access, are exclusively at the charge of the User who remains solely responsible for the proper functioning of his computer equipment as well as his internet access.
Article 6. Limitation of Liability
The Editor ensures a quality access to the Site, and its proper functioning, except in case of force majeure or events beyond the control of the Editor. The website could be subject to possible interruptions, breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for its proper operation.
The Editor cannot be held responsible in case of impossibility to access the Site and/or to use the Services.
The Editor could not be held responsible for the errors, for a lack of availability of information and/or for the presence of virus on his Site. If the User does not wish to accept all or part of these terms and conditions, he is asked to renounce the use of the Site.

The Site may contain hypertext links redirecting the User to other Internet sites.
The Editor is not responsible for the content of these redirected sites or their operation.
Article 8. Processing of personal data

The design of the Site, its content and all its elements: texts, videos, images, logos, sounds, are the property of the Publisher and/or the object of an authorization of use to the benefit of the Publisher, they are protected by the ordinance 03-05 relating to copyright and related rights and/or by the ordinance 03-06 relating to trademarks.
The reproduction, in whole or in part, of the Site or its design constitutes an infringement,
The use of any of the elements of the Site is strictly forbidden without prior authorization from the Publisher.
Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement of the Publisher’s copyright and renders the User liable in accordance with the regulations in effect.
The User undertakes to respect the Publisher’s rights.
Article 10. Dispute Resolution. Applicable Law. Competent Jurisdiction
The interpretation and performance of these Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by Algerian law.
In order to resolve any dispute regarding the interpretation or performance of this Agreement, the Publisher and the User shall seek an out-of-court settlement.
In case of failure to reach an out-of-court settlement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court of Algiers.
The applicable law is the Algerian law.
